Goshen Scout Camps mug

A nice mug from 1986 celebrating a 20 year camp anniversary. The deer on the edge of this logo reminds me of that friend everyone has that manages to squeeze into every photo. Maybe its the stoic profile and it's fixed gaze across the mug- as if hoping no one has noticed.  Maybe I've just had too much caffeine this morning.

Marshall Fields mug

"Chicago, Chicago, that toddling town..." This mug comes from Chicago's legendary Marshall Fields Department store (now a Macy's).  Perhaps once sold as a souvenir, it features the M.F. logo below a skyline of the Windy City which wraps around the mug.

ChemTreat Inc mug

Cup of ChemTreat anyone? Not a bad looking mug, but definitely not the most appealing thing to read as you're taking that first sip of coffee in the morning. Guessing from the water drop art that their chemicals have something to do with water purification.

Hawaii mug 3

"Book-em Danno, then lets grab a cup of java." After yet another winter storm, this mug seemed appropriate for this week.  Not sure what's going on with the pink/yellow ocean gradation on this mug, but it still rates a Hawaii 10- O in my opinion.

American Metal Fabrications mug

A nice no-nonsense coffee mug from American Metal Fabrications Inc.  A shout out to A.M.F. for going with a bold stylized logo design (which actually isn't too bad) instead of the more expected stars and stripes motif.

HRH Insurance mug

A straight forward, no nonsense mug with a slightly industrial edge from HRH Insurance. The blocky 3 dimensional HRH type gives this mug an extra caffeinated boost.

Wang mug

Perhaps the victim of too many computer geek jokes, Wang Computer went bust in the 90's. This promo mug featuring generic artwork and a reference to the 80's movie Back to the Future is a momento of technology's past.

SNR mug

Don't let the slightly off center logo fool you, when it comes to ball-bearings SNR is "Aiming for excellence." Coffee mugs-- I'm guessing not so much. The parade of various ball-bearing casings wrapping around the bottom adds a nice detail.

Winter mug

Although this oversized coffee cup has a ski motif you don't have to be sitting in a rustic ski lodge to enjoy it. This hand-painted mug from Hungary was at one time sold by Starbucks.

Fuller Brush mug

Above is a promotional mug from the legendary Fuller Brush company, once known for it's door to door salesmen.  This mug sports an older logo and is probably from the mid 70's/early 80's.
